How does it work
It’s simple.
We meet to discuss your business idea.
If there is chemistry and both parties are happy and ready to go, we will create a minimum viable product
(MVP) with your team. After 1 to 3 months, we will face the real market together (fingers crossed!).

Usually, we're looking for an equity share
of 5–15% plus full or partial coverage of our development costs.
MVP costs vary from startup to startup, and can be anything from $5k to $50k.

What do you look for in a
startup ?
We are looking for an early stage startup founded by an experienced entrepreneur.
We don't work only with global high-tech startups. Our primary goal is to launch a successful business story with you.

How much equity do you take?
It depends on the project. Usually around 10–20% plus full or partial coverage of our development costs.
Sometimes we may consider a higher percentage.
Do you work for equity only?
Unfortunately, no. We want our partners to make as strong a commitment as we will and to
invest more than just sweat.
Will you help me with
fundraising for the next round?
Yes. Absolutely. We have mutual interests with you as tech co-founders.
